Especially since most folks (including legal consumers) are accessing websites via mobile devices (mostly smartphones), law firms need to be cognizant of mobile engagement, with respect to everything they do online.
And, there’s nothing more annoying than trying to click or tap on something, when the link just doesn’t work. That includes ‘click-to-call’.
This is something that law firms sometimes overlook; but, you need to make sure, when you’re getting your website designed (or redesigned) that mobile users can tap or click to call you, on your website.
If the legal consumers become frustrated, and need to ‘channel switch’, you may have lost an engagement, literally and figuratively.
